The first phase is to understand the basic cause of stress, and imbalance in the mind. Diet planning and activities are streamlined based on these findings. It helps the body and mind relax using various treatments like Abhyanga, Aromatherapy, and more.
Specific treatments and procedures help to soothe the mind and bring relaxation to a deeper level. These include sessions like meditations and yoga procedures which help with cleansing the mind on a long-term basis.
The program has been designed to empower you on a sustainable path to fitness. The chef, fitness advisor and wellness experts debrief and counsel you when you complete the program so you are equipped to continue your fitness routine even after you leave Ramya.
Rasayanam or tissue nourishment is done through a balanced diet of organic meals supported by pure smoothies. Organic meals help in removing toxins from the body and boost circulatory functions.

Purvakarma or pre-operative measures like Abyanga are done to dislodge the toxins from “Sroas” or circulatory pathways to prepare the body for major cleansing therapies. The full-body massage relaxes and revitalizes the body and mind.
