Ramya Unwind


Ramya's Stress Management program called "Ramya Unwind" helps to lead a well balanced, healthy life by reducing stress and relaxing the mind. This program is a customized holistic approach of Ayurveda, Yoga, and International experiences with organic meals to help the body rejuvenate in its own natural way. The whole program is designed to provide tranquility to the stressed body & mind and to bring back natural rhythm of the psychological system.


UDAIPUR is city well-known and remembered for its picturesque sights and incredible landscapes. Known as "The city of lakes", it has been synonymous with tourism and there has been an astonishing growing number of domestic and foreign tourists visiting Udaipur for wellness retreats, both to de-stress themselves and learn a new way of healthy living.


Phase 1

The first phase is to understand the basic cause of stress, and imbalance in the mind. Planning of the diet and activities is streamlined based on these findings. It helps the body and mind to relax using various treatments like Abhyanga, Aromaerapy, etc.

Phase 2

Specific treatments and procedures help to soothe the mind and bring about relaxation on a deeper level. These include sessions like meditations, Yoga procedures which help to deal with cleansing of the mind and de-stress effectively on a long term basis.

Phase 3

The program has been designed to empower you on a sustainable path to fitness. The Chef, fitness advisor and wellness experts debrief and counsel when you complete the program so you are equipped to continue your fitness routine even after you leave Ramya.

Organic Meals

Rasayanam or tissue nourishment is done through a balanced diet of organic meals supported by pure smoothies. The organic meals help in removing toxins from the body and boost circulatory functions.

Diet Counselling

Diet counselling and wellness tips would be provided by experts so a healthy life can be led even after you leave Ramya.

Ayurvedic Spa

Purvakarma or pre-operative measures like Abyanga are done to dislodge the toxins from “Sroas” or circulatory path ways to prepare the body for major cleansing therapies. The full body massage relaxes and revitalizes the body and mind.
